From selecting a model to confirming packaging, use this guide to prepare your glassware enquiry.
1. Select your products
Add products to your inquiry list, or contact us with a reference and the sizes you need. You can ask for individual pieces or a proposed set combination.
2. Share your requirements
Provide quantities by model, destination, packaging and customization requirements. Estimates are welcome at the selection stage.
3. Review the quotation
Confirm product specifications, price, MOQ, packaging, lead time, trade terms and payment terms. Sampling requirements are agreed separately.
Questions before you order
Are trial orders available?
Smaller trial orders can be discussed for stocked models. Availability and carton quantities must be checked before confirmation.
Can I visit the factory?
Please contact us with your company details and preferred dates so we can confirm a visit in advance.
