We will check which existing documents are applicable and whether additional testing or documentation is required. Documents for one product or component should not be assumed to apply to every item in the collection.

Can you follow our inspection requirements?

A customer-appointed or independent third-party inspection can be coordinated when agreed in advance. The inspection scope, timing and related costs should be confirmed before shipment.
Do all products have the same reports?
No. Available reports depend on the product, material, accessories and destination market. Please provide the product codes and required market so that we can check the applicable documents.
Can we use our own packaging?
Custom boxes, labels, barcodes and shipping marks can be discussed. Feasibility, minimum quantity, artwork requirements, costs and lead time are confirmed according to the selected product and packaging design.
