What we collect

When you submit a website inquiry or complete the wholesale WhatsApp enquiry form, we collect the business and product information you provide. We also save available first-touch and last-touch campaign parameters, landing pages, language, browser and device category with that business record.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, follow up on sourcing requirements and measure whether our advertising produces business contacts. Missing attribution values remain unavailable; we do not infer campaign names from a Google click ID.

Your browser and attribution choices

Current-session attribution is kept in this browser so it is not lost while you browse. With your optional Google advertising measurement consent, first-touch and last-touch attribution may also be kept in first-party browser storage for a later visit. You can change your choice through the Privacy settings button or clear your browser storage.

Website usage statistics

We measure page views, approximate daily visitors, referring domains, campaign tags, device categories and approximate countries. Raw network addresses and full browser strings are not stored in the anonymous analytics table. Statistics are retained for up to 90 days and may be affected by shared networks, VPNs and privacy tools.

Optional Google advertising measurement

Advertising and analytics storage are denied by default. A normal WhatsApp icon click only opens the wholesale screening form and is not treated as a primary advertising conversion. A Qualified WhatsApp Start is recorded only after the required business fields are validated and a WAI reference is created. It means the website opened WhatsApp for a qualified business enquiry; it does not prove that a message was sent or received.

If you accept optional measurement, Google may use cookies or similar storage under its own policies. If you decline, consent remains denied and the website enquiry and WhatsApp contact functions continue to work.
