At SOLA & SIENNA, we believe that luxury should be simple. That’s why we are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum purchase required, no hidden fees.
1. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: FREE (All Orders).
We cover the shipping costs so you can focus on choosing the perfect glassware for your home.
2. Order Processing Time
Because our products are made of glass and require careful handling, please allow us time to ensure they are packed securely.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

High Volume: During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We appreciate your patience.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

Note: Due to high demand, some items may be shipped from our international warehouse to ensure you don't miss out.
Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs delays, local carrier efficiency, or weather conditions.
4. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. International Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

SOLA & SIENNA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the responsibility of the customer.

However, for most small orders to the US (under $800), no duties are typically charged.
6. Damages During Shipping
Glass is fragile, and accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please do not worry.

Email us immediately at support@solasienna.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution (usually a free replacement).
7. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@solasienna.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
