Refund policy

At SOLA & SIENNA, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our high borosilicate glassware. We want you to love your new kitchen essentials. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Damages and Issues (The "Safety First" Guarantee)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Given the fragile nature of glass, accidents can happen during transit. Your safety is our priority.

Arrived Broken? If your item arrives shattered or damaged, please do not return the broken glass. Handling broken shards is dangerous.

What to do: Simply email us at support@solasienna.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your Order Number.

A clear photo of the damaged item(s).

Resolution: We will issue a free replacement or a full refund for the damaged item immediately. No return shipping is required for broken items.
2. Eligibility for Standard Returns
To be eligible for a return (for reasons other than damage/defect), your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused and unwashed.

In its original packaging (to ensure it survives the return journey).

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process

Return Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost: Unless the item is defective or we made an error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Banking Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
5. Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Gift cards.

Items bought on "Final Sale" (unless defective).
6. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
